We request all customers to go through the points mentioned below, before booking orders, consignments and shipments.

Addressee's Details

• All important documents like invoices, addresses and other shipment details should only be provided in English.
• Samples and documents will only be forwarded if they are accompanied by authentic telephone, mobile and fax numbers. Responsibility for delayed / failed deliveries due to absence of these details will lie with the customer.
• Only documents that are related to government organizations, universities, banks and embassies will be sent forward even without telephone numbers.

CD & Video Cassettes

• Video Cassettes and CDs/DVDs will only be accepted only after the content has been declared and the value of the same has been mentioned on the invoice.

Chemicals

• Proper Documentation will be required to forward any kind of chemicals
• Poisonous and hazardous chemicals will not be accepted at any cost
• Chemicals that are flammable will not be accepted

Credit/Debit & ATM Cards

• ATM, Credit and Debit Cards will be booked as under Non Documents
• The risk will remain with the SHIPPER for transporting these

Currency & Cheques

• Blank signed cheques, traveller's cheques and currency will not be forwarded
• Traveller's cheques and cheques as a part of forms in covers will be forwarded

Food Items

• A 1 Kg limit is allowed for transport of dry food items like turmeric powder, chilly and rice
• A special rate will be applied for forwarding of shipments more than 1 kg on request
• Sweets of any kind and food like cakes will not be accepted or forwarded

Idols & Statues

• A Non Antique certificate from the Govt handicrafts dept Archeological Survey of India will have to accompany idols and statues that are requested for shipment
• A non-objection certificate from the Bank will have to be obtained to suggest that no foreign exchange is involved and that the idol or statue does not have any commercial value
• Original purchase bills will have to be attached

Medicines

• A doctor's certificate or prescription will have to be attached along with the cause of the illness and the importance of the medication for the patient’s health will have to be attached
• The original medical bills, doctor's prescription and certificates, along with four copies, are to be attached
• A letter that contains the 'mixture preparation' for Ayurvedic items will have to be attached
• No medicines in liquid form will be forwarded

Passport

• Passports will not be booked for forwarding
• Passports that are cancelled however may be booked and forwarded with relevant paperwork attached

Perishable Goods

• Perishable items such as sweets, pickles and fruits will not be booked and forwarded

Precious Metals

• Gold, platinum, silver ornaments as well as pearls and precious stones in any form will not be accepted

Sample Shipments

• A sample to be forwarded will need to be accompanied by an invoice that is typed on a company letterhead, sealed and signed by the authorized signatory
• Items in bottles will not be accepted; neither will liquid items
• A quarantine certificate as issued by the agriculture department will have to be attached to forward seeds

Tender Documents

• Blue prints and tender documents should be labeled and booked as Non Dox
• Delivery time for tender documents cannot be committed. While all attempts will be made to ensure timely deliveries, legal responsibility for delays will not be borne by Deep Blue

Tobacco, Cigarette and Beatle Nut

• Beetle nut, tobacco and cigarettes will not be booked to any destination
• A sample sent by a cigarette company to another cigarette company will be accepted with appropriate documentation
• Packets containing food items, medicines, seeds, rice and any kind of powder have been banned for forwarding by Germany, Australia, NZ, Hong Kong and some major countries

X-Rays & Photo Album

• Photo albums and X-rays will be accepted and forwarded as non-documents
• Loose photos will be accepted as documents
